HTML Hashing

This tool is designed to help hide any sort of text or HTML from snooping bots. Possible reasons for wanting to do this would include encoding and hiding affiliate links to prevent people from inserting their own affiliate id's, or keeping images from getting hotlinked in scraped content. Simply enter the block of text you would like your visitors to see embedded in your page into the form below, hit the "Obfuscate!" button, and copy the resulting code in place of where you want it to appear.

An external script will be generated and presented for you to download. Save this script, and upload it to the root directory of the web server you want to use it on.

You may modify the call to the external Javascript to place it in a specific directory if you choose, just remember that in certain instances, such as using permalinks in WordPress, dynamically generated pages will be making calls from virtual subdirectories, and using relative pathing (as opposed to absolute) can cause the file to not be found, depending on the implementation.
